In Case of an Emergency

In the event of an emergency during our normal office hours please call ahead if possible and proceed directly to our practice.

What Constitutes an Emergency?

An emergency exists for your pet if he or she:

Cannot urinate
Is hit by a car
Is bleeding

Has trouble breathing
Is suddenly bloated

Is suddenly severely ill
Is convulsing
Has ingested poison
Is unconscious
Is in hard labor for over one hour
Has any type of eye problem

Call our office at 435-649-7182 if you are ever unsure if your problem is an emergency.

We feel that in an after hour emergency situation, the best care your pet can receive is at the emergency center at Veterinary Specialty Center of Utah.  If you do have an emergency when the staff at White Pine Veterinary clinic is unavailable, please call 801-942-3951 please see the map and directions below, or click on the link to visit VSCU's web site.
